Detection and quantitative method: take 5 pieces of 100 mm | * 100 mm samples from the finished product with 1/10000 Analytical balance, weigh them respectively, wipe off the adhesive with ethyl acetate, butanone or other solvents, and weigh again: the difference between the two is the coating amount, and calculate the average value of the coating amount of 5 pieces. The difference between the coating amount of each piece and the average value should not be more than ± 10%.

In addition, the thickness of the adhesive layer has a significant impact on the degree of bonding fastness. If the adhesive layer is applied too thin, it will reduce the bonding fastness due to the lack of material during hot pressing of PVC hard sheets. The use of a heat sealing instrument to detect the heat sealing strength of the composite layer can determine whether it meets the quality requirements.
