The difference between the coating amount of each piece and the average value should not be more than ± 10%.

In addition, the thickness of the adhesive layer has a significant impact on the degree of bonding fastness. If the adhesive layer is applied too thin, it will reduce the bonding fastness due to the lack of material during hot pressing of PVC hard sheets. The use of a heat sealing instrument to detect the heat sealing strength of the composite layer can determine whether it meets the quality requirements.
