Utilizing the excellent heat sealing performance of PE, containers made of various composite materials can hold various beverages such as lemon juice and fruit juice.
PVC (Polychloroethylene); PVC can be roughly divided into three categories: hard products, soft products, and paste products. PVC bottles produced by the injection pull blow method have no seams, and the thickness of the bottle wall is uniform. They can hold gas containing beverages such as cola and soda; PVC bottles produced by extrusion blow molding method are only suitable for holding fruit juice and mineral water.
PP (Polypropylene): The development of polypropylene transparent packaging bottles has been a hot topic in plastic packaging both domestically and internationally in recent years. With the successful development of Tongming modifier - nucleating agent, adding 0.1% -0.4% sorbitol xylene (benzaldehyde) nucleating agent to general Pp, the produced high Tongming PP bottles can be widely used in high-temperature filling beverage packaging that requires thermal sterilization, such as concentrated fruit juice. Its price is suitable, pressure and temperature resistance, and it is a reborn competitor of PS, ABS, PET, and PE bottles.
