　　(7) Improper tension matching control of composite substrate in the composite process leads to residual stress after maturation and shaping, especially when the composite film thickness is thinner, such faults are more likely to occur.

　　The solution to the packaging:

　　(1) Adjust the tension of floating roller.

　　(2) Select the inner sealing substrate with low temperature thermal sealing.

　　(3) Adjust the heat sealing temperature to the appropriate temperature.

　　(6) re-select the surface substrate film.
