
From the conductivity of ESD protection principles and materials (according
to its resistance), the materials for preventing ESD can be roughly divided into
the following:
Static electricity consumption material: The surface resistivity is equal to
or greater than 10^5Ω/square but less than 10^12Ω/square, and the volume
resistivity is equal to or greater than 10^4Ω · cm but less than 10^11Ω ·
cm.
Drial electrostatic material: The surface resistivity of the electrostatic
material is less than 10^5Ω/square, and the volume resistance rate is less than
10^4Ω.cm.
Static shielding and (or) electromagnetic shielding material: The shielding
material is a conductive body with a low resistivity. It has the surface
resistivity equal to or less than 10^4Ω/square meter. The surface is friction.
However, because of its small resistance, it is easy to produce electrostatic
induction and static discharge in the electrostatic field and damage the
product. Therefore, it is usually composed of a layer of electrostatic
scattering material in the inner layer of the shielded material (such as the
metal foil).

rubber bag production line, as long as a certain percentage of anti -static
agent is added to the raw material ratio, the produced products will have the
function of anti -static.
