In addition to inhibiting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, vacuum deoxygenation has another important function to prevent food oxidation. Food contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, which are oxidized by oxygen and cause food deterioration. Oxidation also causes the loss of vitamin A and C, and the unstable substances in food pigments are darkened by oxygen.
The vacuum packaging bag is filled with a mixture of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen after vacuum. The nitrogen is an inert gas, which plays a filling role to maintain a positive pressure inside the bag, so as to prevent the air outside the bag from entering the bag and protect the food.
The points for attention when using the vacuum packaging bag are as follows: Do not let sharp objects scratch. The best operation is on the bed or on a clean desktop. If there are buttons, zippers and other hard objects in the stored items, please fold them inside and put them into the storage bag. Clothes, quilts and other items should be put in the bag as far as possible, at least 3-5 cm away from the sealing zipper. Large items should not be put in forcibly. It is necessary to ensure the hygiene of the sealing zipper. If fibers and dust enter, the sealing function will be reduced. It is recommended that the zipper be closed after being cleaned with water stained gauze. When using the air pump, turn the screw interface of the pump to the end. Pay attention to the bag before and after inflation. The red rubber gasket against the air outlet ensures that there is no air leakage at the interface. Generally, a large bag needs to be pumped for 3 to 5 minutes. It takes about three or five hundred times to have a significant flat appearance. After pumping, please check the sealing again to ensure the sealing.
