　　The film material used for the production of cooking bags is the basis to meet the cooking conditions. Usually, the substrate, specification, combination order, ink and glue to be used are determined according to the cooking conditions of high-temperature cooking bags and the characteristics of the contents.

　　The film substrates of commonly used cooking bag materials include BOPET, B0PA, HDPE, RCPP, AL, co extruded EVOH, co extruded PVDC, co extruded PE, etc; At present, there are also new co extruded films with more than five layers, such as PP/AC/EV0H/AC/PP, PP/AC/PA/EV0H/PA/AC/PP, etc; In addition, there are also copolymerized nylon MXD6, ceramic evaporation coatings such as SiOxPET12um, multi-layer coextrusion films and ceramic evaporation coatings, which are not widely used in high-temperature cooking bags due to technical and price factors.

　　According to the order of surface layer (or printing layer), barrier layer and heat seal layer, the structure of composite packaging materials can be combined, and single layer materials can be used as both printing layer and barrier layer. Therefore, packaging bags can be designed into two, three, four or more layers as required, such as BOPET//RCPP, BOPA//RCPP, BOPET//BOPA//RCPP, BOPET//A1//RCP, BOPET//A1//BOPA//RCP, BOPET//ROPP, BOPET//A1//BOPA//RCPP, etc.

　　The thickness of the base material is usually BOPET12um, BOPA15um, AL7um or AL9um, RCPP50um, RCPP70um, RCPP80um, RCPP100um, etc. For the barrier layer, BOPA and AL are usually selected. BOPA25um and AL12um are also selected according to actual needs. The thickness of RCPP selected for high-temperature cooking bags with large capacity and special requirements also exceeds 100um. In order to overcome the drop resistance of RCPP, liquid packaging bags usually add additives in the film to enhance its drop resistance.
