1、 Aluminum foil material
The packaging bag made of aluminum foil has strong air barrier performance, high temperature resistance (121 ℃), low temperature resistance (- 50 ℃) and oil resistance. The purpose of aluminum foil bag is different from that of ordinary packaging bag, which is mainly used for high-temperature cooking and preservation of low-temperature food. However, the aluminum foil packaging bag has no heat sealing property due to its fragile material, easy fracture and poor acid resistance. Therefore, it is generally only used as the middle layer material of bags. For example, the milk packaging bags and quick frozen food packaging bags we drink in our lives will all use aluminum foil.
2、 PET material
PET is also called biaxially stretched polyester film. The packaging bag made of this material has good transparency, strong luster, strength and toughness superior to other materials. It is also not easy to break, non-toxic and tasteless, and has high safety. It can be directly used for food packaging. Therefore, PET is a non-toxic and sterile packaging material for all kinds of food, drugs in daily life. However, its disadvantage is also very obvious, that is, it is not heat-resistant and alkali resistant, and can not be soaked in hot water.
3、 Nylon
Nylon is also called polyamide. The transparency of this material is also very good, and it is heat resistant, oil resistant, puncture resistant. It is also relatively soft to the touch, but it is not moisture resistant and has poor heat sealing performance. Therefore, nylon packaging bags are mostly used to package solid food, as well as some meat products and steamed and boiled food, such as chicken, duck, ribs, etc., which can extend the shelf life of food.
4、 OPP material
OPP, also known as oriented polypropylene, is the most transparent and brittle material in the packaging bag material, and the tension is very small. Most transparent packaging bags used in our life are made of opp materials, which are widely used in clothing, food, printing, cosmetics, printing, paper and other industries.
For delicate foods that may be crushed by the vacuum packaging process (such as potato chips), one alternative is to replace the internal gas with nitrogen. This has the same effect of inhibiting deterioration due to the removal of oxygen.
