Common Mistakes about Plastic Packaging Bags

In the process of continuous development of the packaging profession, the demand for plastic packaging bags from different professions is also growing, especially in supermarket shopping, clothing, cosmetics, food, hardware and electronics and other professions. However, many customers simply fall into many misunderstandings due to the lack of basic knowledge of packaging products when they began to customize plastic packaging products. The manufacturer of plastic packaging bags will show you:

1、 Is the thicker the plastic bag, the stronger it is?

When customizing packaging bags, many customers will customize thick and robust packaging bags, so the thicker the packaging bags, the stronger the better? This is not the case. The state has very strict specifications for plastic packaging bags, especially plastic packaging bags used for food packaging. It is necessary to have them made by regular manufacturers and approved by relevant departments to ensure the quality of plastic packaging bags. It is necessary to mark "food only" and "quality safety sign" on plastic food packaging bags. The thickness of one side of the plastic packaging bag must be greater than 0.025mm.

2、 Is the color of the plastic bag as bright as possible?

Plastic bags have many colors, but you must be careful when customizing. If you use plastic packaging bags for food, you should carefully consider the color, and try to choose packaging bags with simple color, so there are few additives in the ink. Together, color packaging bags also mean that there will be messy printing plates, which also increases the cost of customization.

3、 Can plastic bags be used directly without distinguishing purposes?

General plastic packaging bags shall not be used at will without being used for different purposes. Different products shall be packed with corresponding plastic bags. For example, food packaging bags should be made of food grade materials with high environmental protection and safety level, which has certain requirements for the processing environment; However, plastic bags for chemical industry, clothing, cosmetics, etc. cannot be used to package food to avoid harm to human body due to their different manufacturing processes due to different demands.
