5. The impact of printing ink. First, the inactive solvent in the ink, the resin or additives in the ink consume part of the curing agent, which causes the imbalance between the main agent of the Adhesive and the curing agent, resulting in the heat seal separation layer. When using heat-resistant polyester amine inks or chlorinated polypropylene inks for high-temperature heat sealing applications, a heat sealing separation layer may occur.
