Although these solvents may not contain active chlorine and will not affect the cross-linking reaction of Adhesive, the solvent will swell the adhesive layer and may vaporize at high temperature, so although it has little impact on the composite strength at normal temperature, it may cause heat seal separation layer.
5. The impact of printing ink. First, the inactive solvent in the ink, the resin or additives in the ink consume part of the curing agent, which causes the imbalance between the main agent of the Adhesive and the curing agent, resulting in the heat seal separation layer. When using heat-resistant polyester amine inks or chlorinated polypropylene inks for high-temperature heat sealing applications, a heat sealing separation layer may occur.
