The following environment-friendly plastic bag forming and production devices are used, including a support plate, an upper guide roller, an air cooling roller, a movable support plate, a water cooling roller and a water cooling bracket. The number of support plates is two. The upper guide roller is installed between the upper left ends of the support plate, and the lower left end of each support plate is provided with a transverse chute.
