How to remove the air from the bag?

  Food packaging bags are divided into ordinary smooth and textured food packaging bags, both of which are air pumped by vacuum machine. Set appropriate vacuumizing time according to different food types. Then, according to the material and thickness of the packaging bag, select the sealing temperature and time, and finally arrange the packaging bags to be evacuated on the sealing strip of the vacuum machine to complete evacuation and sealing.

  1. Choose food packaging bags

  General food packaging bags include ordinary smooth food packaging bags and grain food packaging bags. Both kinds of bags use vacuum machine to draw air. The vacuum machine with nozzle shall be selected for ordinary smooth surface. Grain packaging bags with empty slots can be used. There is also a large vacuum machine that can be used for both kinds of packaging bags.

  2. Set time temperature

  According to the vacuum requirements of different foods, the vacuum pumping time is generally set at 20~30 seconds. The longer the time, the higher the vacuum. Adjust the sealing temperature and time according to the material and thickness of the food packaging bag. The temperature and time can be tested before packaging. Generally, the temperature should be adjusted at the second to third level for 3 to 4 seconds.

  3. Vacuum pumping

  Arrange the packed food bags on the sealing strip of the machine in order. When vacuum is required for packaging, close the vacuum chamber, and the vacuum, sealing and printing of the entire food package are completed by the electrical automatic program at one time. After vacuum packaging, the air in the bag is scarce and the oxygen content is low, which inhibits the survival of microorganisms and has a good fresh-keeping effect.
