Process guidance for printing and plate making of aluminum foil packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, and steaming packaging bags

1、 The length of the packaging bag pattern plate making shall not be less than 500 millimeters, and the circumference shall not be less than 360 millimeters. In principle, the length of the printing plate is 7 centimeters larger than the width of the packaging bag, and the plate length is incremented by 50 millimeters.

2、 The color code for packaging bag pattern plate making is a 5mm wide parallelogram color code with an interval of 20mm. The mark line is a standard circled mark line, with the color identification overprint circle engraved on the right side of the mark line, and each color plate number engraved on the left side of the Mark line. The tracking line has a width of 1.5mm and comes with a balanced cross.

3、 When making packaging bags, the height of the font should be greater than 1.5mm as much as possible. If the customer requests a font with a height lower than 1.5mm, it is necessary to thicken and deepen the font during plate making to avoid font loss during printing.

4、 If there are patterns designed on the top of aluminum foil packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, and steaming packaging bags with a shallow mesh transition, the original red color needs to be deepened by 10% and the original blue color needs to be deepened by 5% due to ink dispersion issues during production!!! Black ink particles are difficult to achieve good results in light screen printing. It is recommended to make a spot color version for large areas of black screen printing and areas where customers pay special attention!

5、 The design patterns of aluminum foil packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, and steaming packaging bags should have a large printing area and multiple layers of ink lamination. Without affecting the printing accuracy, the large area of spot color ink should be pressed in front of the color pattern as much as possible. When making white and spot color versions, the depth is 35-40 microns. When making blank versions, the normal depth is used.

6、 When printing aluminum foil packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, and steaming packaging bags, if there is excessive overlap of multiple colors on a large area, red and blue should be avoided during plate making. To avoid boiling like printing defects, try to avoid excessive mesh size of 80-90.

7、 If aluminum foil packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, and steaming packaging bags require color tracing and strict overprinting, large areas of light screen excessive, large areas of small text, and products that require repeated length, choose Zheng Yun for plate making!

8、 When making 0.3-0.5mm sized fonts or patterns for aluminum foil packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, and steaming packaging bags, spot colors should be used as much as possible to avoid inaccurate color matching. If there is a character image, use black to directly press the facial pattern on the eye part. Try to avoid using four color embossing to create patterns with blank lettering effects. If the customer requests, the surrounding areas can be blurred. Due to the accuracy error of the company's equipment being around 0.2 millimeters, it is required to appropriately enlarge the overlapping part of the two colors during plate making. When using metal ink and pearlescent ink to print fonts and lines, the plate is made bold and deepened.
