Introduction to raw materials of anti-static bags

　　The anti-static bag is a composite bag, and the ingredients of raw materials mainly involve PE, CPP, BOPP, NY, PET and other common raw materials. Now let's brief you on the basic information and performance of various raw materials.

　　1、 Main properties of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP):

　　1. Colorless, high transparency.

　　2. Excellent tensile strength, impact strength and stiffness.

　　3. Excellent cold resistance and heat resistance: - 40~120 ℃.

　　4. It is good at isolating water vapor.

　　5. Poor oxygen isolation.

　　6. It is generally used as the printing material of high transparent versatile bags and composite bags.

　　7. Ordinary BOPP has no heat sealing property. Main use of BOPP film: BOPP is the most commonly used packaging surface material, especially when the packaging requirements are not very high. Because of its superior moisture resistance, it is suitable for packaging of biscuits, snacks and other foods that are easy to absorb moisture. Density: 0.91g/cm3.

　　2、 Main properties of unreinforced polypropylene (CPP):

　　1. Good gloss and transparency, but slightly worse than BOPP.

　　2. It has good heat sealing performance.

　　3. The strength and stiffness are worse than BOPP and higher than PE film.

　　4. It has heat sealing performance and is commonly used as the heat sealing film of composite bags. The heat sealing temperature is higher than PE.

　　5. The moisture resistance is better than that of PE film with the same thickness.

　　6. The special CPP has good heat resistance and is suitable for cooking and high-temperature sterilization.

　　7. It is not resistant to low temperature, and brittle cracking is easy to occur at low temperature. The main use of CPP film: As a heat sealing layer, in addition to PE extrusion, CPP is the most commonly used, especially when it is used for cooking bags. During high-temperature sterilization, 120 ℃ heat resistance and hot stamping strength are required, and attention should be paid to the selection of grade. Density: 0.91 g/cm3
