The steps are as follows:
(1) We always encounter and must fill out a form when applying for barcode, which is the trademark barcode system member registration form. In other words, if you want to become a national coding member, you need to apply for a trademark barcode certificate, which is the formal barcode application procedure.
(2) After the certificate is processed, another form that needs to be filled out is the national application for barcode film registration application form. This is what enterprises need to fill out when processing products, and there will be a positive film and a negative film after processing. It is used for printing and has a solid bar code on it.
(3) The final barcode is the GDS registration form, which is required for enterprise application. Please refer to the following figure. GDS requires enterprises to fill in supplementary information.
(4) The application fee is as follows for reference only.
