If you want to maintain the freshness of food for a long time, it cannot be achieved by vacuuming, because when the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag is less than 1%, the growth and reproduction speed of microorganisms quickly decrease. When the oxygen concentration is less than 0.5%, the vast majority of bacteria will be suppressed and continue to reproduce, but under vacuum conditions, anaerobic bacteria cannot be suppressed, as well as food degradation and oxidation caused by enzyme reactions. Therefore, it needs to be allocated in conjunction with other auxiliary methods. For example, methods such as refrigeration, rapid freezing, dehydration, high-temperature sterilization, microwave sterilization, salt pickling, etc. By mastering these methods, one can correctly use vacuum packaging bags.
