The traditional aluminum washing method is very convenient to remove the aluminum film, but it releases hydrogen gas during operation, which cannot be close to the flame when operating in a ventilated area and poses certain risks. During cleaning, the packaging film constantly moves in the sink, and under the action of clean water in the sink and the cleaning roller, the aluminum coating on the hydrophilic ink is washed away. This cleaning method overcomes the shortcomings of existing alkaline aluminum washing devices that use chemical reactions, such as instability, long time consumption, high energy consumption, and environmental pollution.
