Usually, during non sterile filling, the bag filling machine in the box first opens the valve, vacuums the bag, and then fills the food. Then, the valve is re pressed, and after filling, it is sent to the conveyor belt. For sterile filling, at least two additional steps are required. Before filling, disinfect the nozzle position with chlorine dioxide; Before re pressing the valve to end the filling, fill the bag with inert gas to discharge some air from the pipe opening. In addition, in aseptic filling, the faucet is surrounded by hot steam, and the bag itself needs to be irradiated by gamma rays.
