So, how to judge the quality of liquid packaging bags?

(1) The static and dynamic friction coefficient of the suction bag packaging film should be low, generally between 0.2 and 0.4, so that it can be quickly filled on a high-speed filling packaging machine in a short time; High friction coefficient, low filling speed, packaging design, and insufficient filling in a short period of time.

(2) The surface printing fastness of milk packaging film is good, and it should be resistant to pasteurization and hot filling. It is also necessary to ensure that the ink does not fall off in a storage environment of -20 ℃. Due to the conflicting performance requirements of (1) and (2), ink and color masterbatch should be selected correctly.

(3) It has good heat sealing and printing adaptability, and can smoothly fuse the bag. If the resin in the formula is too sticky, the resin melt will stick to the hot sealing blade during heat sealing; If too many smoothing agents are used in the formula, the heat sealing strength is not high and it is easy to open the warehouse. Meeting all three requirements is a good liquid packaging bag.

(4) Liquid packaging bags are resistant to acid, alkali, and impact.

(5) The high-temperature resistant film of liquid packaging bags must be able to withstand sterilization treatment at 121 ℃ for 30 minutes.

(6) Liquid packaging bags should have sufficient strength to prevent them from being pulled apart under the tensile force of high-speed automatic filling machines.
