  General sterilization bags are generally heated at 120℃ below sterilization, most of which are made of two-layer to three-layer composite materials. The shelf life of food is more than half a year. Ultrahigh temperature sterilization bags are generally sterilized at 135℃. Bag-making materials are mostly more than three layers, with aluminum foil in the middle, and the shelf life is 1-2 years. Some are also produced with four or five layers of composite material.

  The outer material of the cooking bag is mostly polyester film with a thickness of 10-16 microns, which plays the role of strengthening and high temperature resistance. The middle material is 11-12 micron aluminum foil, the main role is to isolate gas and water and shade the light; The inner material is used as a cooking bag for direct contact with food and thermal sealing, so the requirements for the inner material must not only meet the packaging health standards, but also require stable chemical properties, generally non-toxic polypropylene, 70-80 microns thick, HDPE and other polyolefin film can also be used.

  At present, cooking bag is mainly used for packaging canned food, in Japan, Western Europe is also used for packaging drinks, juice and so on. With the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of food packaging safety is more and more high, cooking bag food packaging will also face a rapid period of development.
