PA nylon vacuum bag and PET polyester vacuum bag difference

Vacuum bags are common in food packaging, and their role has been recognized: to extend the shelf life of food. The transparent vacuum bag is the preference of some manufacturers, even can be said to be a special liking. There is a customer doing salt baked chicken products, in Qiji packaging customized vacuum bag, all are transparent. Perhaps it is the pursuit of the concept of color, aroma and taste of food, so that consumers can see the color of chicken legs and wings through transparent vacuum packaging bags. In order to meet the love of this kind of customers, Qizhi packaging Xiaobian for you to introduce two transparent vacuum bags.

A, PA nylon composite vacuum bag

The transparency of the nylon vacuum bag gives the feeling that there is no barrier, as if this layer of bag does not exist. Printing gloss is good, flexible vacuum is not easy to break the bag. High barrier, oil resistance, high temperature resistance are the characteristics of nylon bags. The deficiency of nylon film is the water vapor barrier, with high moisture resistance CPP, PE and it composite, just to fill the defect. Those greasy foods with bones, especially hard ones, like to choose clear nylon to make vacuum bags.

Two, PET polyester compound vacuum packaging bag

Polyester PET packaging materials such as contact packaging should be quite familiar with this, too widely used. Transparent and shiny, rigid and flexible high barrier strong; Puncture resistance, impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance; Good oil resistance, fragrance protection and air tightness. PET polyester vacuum bag is also a non-transparent, bright packaging bag, commonly used in cooking, high temperature sterilization, frozen food and other fields. It is also as transparent as a nylon bag.

These two transparent vacuum bags are the most common transparent composite bags on the market and have similar performance to each other. If you have to tell a difference, PA nylon is a little softer, especially when exposed to water; PET polyester is a little more rigid, shake up is a snap sound, printability will be better.
